What facilities are available onboard the ship?
- Seating for all passengers including Stena Plus lounge.
- Children’s activities
- Bar/Restaurant

Are upgrades available?
It is possible to upgrade to club class seating with additional benefits at a supplement.

Are cabins available?
Comfortable en suite cabins are available on the Stena Pioneer, Leader and Seafarer ships.

Can I travel whilst pregnant?
Yes, it’s at the customer’s discretion.

Can I take my pets?
Pets can travel on all Stena Irish crossings with no charge. There is a fee for pets to travel from Harwich-Hook of Holland.

Can I park my car at the port?
Parking is available at all ports at an extra charge.

Is my ticket re-fundable?
All promotional fares are non-refundable. Standard tickets are refundable but cancellation fees apply.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Most tickets are amendable with an administration charge and any changes in sailing tariff.

Can I take a van?
It is not possible to book a van on a Stena crossing through Online Travel Group.
