Can I travel whilst pregnant?
Yes, it’s at the customer’s discretion.

Can I take my pets?
Pets can travel on all Sea France crossing with a pet passport at an extra charge.

Can I park my car at the port?
Parking is available at an extra charge.

Is my ticket re-fundable?
All promotional fares are non-refundable. Standard tickets are refundable but cancellation fees apply.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Most tickets are amendable with an administration charge and any changes in sailing tariff.

Can I take a van?
Commercial vehicles are subject to special commercial rates.
If travelling for non-commercial purposes a discount may be arranged.
