What facilities are available onboard the ship?
- Seating for every passenger
- Café/Bar Brassiere
- Duty – Free Shop

Are upgrades available?
It is possible to upgrade to club class seating with additional benefits at a supplement

Are cabins available?
- Some ships offer cabin facilities on longer routes

Can I travel whilst pregnant?
If travelling whilst 28 weeks or more a medical certificate will be required with advance notification

Can I take my pets?
Condor do accept pets on their ships. Animals are kept in the vehicles on ventilated decks or in special designated areas.

Can I park my car at the port?
This facility is available at Poole, Portsmouth and Weymouth near to the port areas at an extra charge. Short and Long-Stay spaces are regularly available

Is my ticket re-fundable?
Most fares are promotional and non-refundable.

Am I able to amend my ticket dates?
Most tickets are amendable with an administration charge and any changes in sailing tariff.

Can I take a van?
Commercial vehicles are subject to special commercial rates.
If travelling for non-commercial purposes a discount may be arranged.
