LD Lines Routes InformationLD Lines are a French-owned shipping company who operate passenger ferry services between the United Kingdom and France.
Their principal ferry routes are across the English Channel between Portsmouth and Le Harve and Newhaven to Le Harev and Dieppe.
On the Portsmouth -Le Harve route there is one sailing per day in each direction, with the Portsmouth-Le Havre sailing taking place overnight. This route uses one vessel, the MS Norman Spirit, which is ironically a former P&O vessel. The vessel is a fast, modern and comfortable ship and offers incomparable advantages to both tourists and professionals.
LD Lines commenced sailings on the Newhaven -Dieppe route on 1 May 2007. In addition to three roundtrips daily between Newhaven and Dieppe, LD Lines also run a single roundtrip per day between Newhaven and Le Harve. This is only run during high season using the ferry, the M/S Seven Sisters.
